- Tormentil (Potentilla erecta). Rose family.
- Common marsh-bedstraw (Galium palustre). Bedstraw family, same as cleavers. It has the same radial leaves as cleavers. Flowers were a lot smaller than the description in the book (it said 35-45mm, but they were a tenth of the size), but otherwise an exact match.
- Foxglove (Digitalis purpurea). Book says Figwort family, but Wikipedia says it has been reclassified.
